What is a Buyer-Broker Agreement?
Buyer Agency Agreements/Buyer Broker Agreements?
Before Homebuyers Sign - Understand What’s in the Contract
Don’t Let Them Confuse You by Their Many Different Names
”Buyer Agency Agreements”,
”Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreements”,
”Exclusive Agency Agreements”, and
“Exclusive Buyer-Broker Agreements”?
Buyer's Edge | BuyersAgent.com Offers Homebuyers a Simple, Straightforward
Exclusive Buyer-Broker Agreement, Based on the Client's Choice of Fee Options.
Unlike traditional real estate companies, our Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement has No Clause where you have to agree to Dual Agency. There also is No Clause where homebuyers have to agree to work with a ”designated buyers agent” in the event the homebuyer wants to buy a company, team, or their own buyer’s agent’s real estate listing. Their Buyer Agency Agreement will not release you from your contract if this happens to you. Ask yourself, who decides who this new designated buyer’s agent will be. Will it be their partner, son, daughter, or the least experienced member of their team? Remember, the Broker of that large Traditional Real Estate Company is still a Dual Agent. It’s just a Hat Trick. They must represent the seller’s best interest, not the buyers. It’s the law.
At Buyer’s Edge, all our Realtors are Exclusive Buyer’s Agents. We never work for sellers, so we have no conflicts of interest. That is why it is so simple.
However, we did add one thing extra for our home buying clients. Our Buyer Agency Agreement has an opt-out easy termination clause.
